Kade Cyr drove in four runs on three hits to lead the Bradley Bourbonnais Junior Varsity baseball team to a 19-2 win over Thornton Tuesday night.
The Boilermaker offense exploded out of the gate, posting 12 runs in their half of the first inning.
Cyr, Austin Botica, Joel Yarno, Hunter Glassford, Kylan Baron, Maguire Domanszky, and Ethan Ryan all collected multiple hits as the BBCHS offense totaled 21 hits on the night. Baron, Glassford, Yarno, Botica, and Cyr all had three hits.
Keaton Schmidt and Cyr split duties on the mound, collectively striking out 12 while walking none.
The defense was on point for the Boilermakers as well, putting up a perfect showing in the field.
With the win the Boilermakers move to 10-4 on the season.
