Hunter Glassford and Cade Liehr held host Thornridge hittless in three innings of play as the Bradley-Bourbonnais JV baseball team posted a 15-0 run-rule victory on Thursday night.
The Boilermakers offense exploded out of the gate, putting up a 10-run first inning led by singles by Hunter LeClaire, K Baron, Keaton Schmidt, Joel Yarno, and Glassford, a walk by Ethan Ryan, and a groundout by Austin Botica.
Glassford started on the hill for BBCHS, surrendering no runs on no hits over his two innings of work. Liehr threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen sitting down the Thronridge offense in order.
Bradley-Bourbonnais collected 12 hits on the day, with LeClaire, Glassford, Schmidt, and Yarno each posting multiple hits - LeClaire led the way with three hits in three at bats.
The Boilermakers take a 20-7 record into this weekend's Lincoln-Way West Tournament in New Lenox.
